In his presentation, Wolfgang Bliem focuses on some important aspects of why it is necessary to measure quality and how it is possible to organize this measurement within a quality assurance process. The question of how to measure soft indicators is also discussed.
On the bases of a short explanation of the five-step-approach of quality assurance and the indicators model, the Quality Indicators (QI) which have been developed in the frame of the project are demonstrate, along with some practical examples of how to use these QI. With the developed QI and the examples given, it is made possible to show the various aspects of quality in youth career guidance an nowadays media literacy as well as the possibilities of measurement.
Some consequences of such a quality assurance process are also being discussed and some examples what could be done with the results are given.
