In the frame of the presentation, the problems in nowadays career guidance are being highlighted:
• Lack of teaching materials;
• Quick outdate of materials prepared by a career teacher;
• Lack of students’ motivation to discover peculiarities of job market before they finish school;
• Rapid change of professions.
The presentation includes examples of practical solutions for the listed problems: collaboration with museums; collective learning activities; Office Mix as a tool for lessons with interactive content; strategies how senior students introduce professions via their experience, gathering video materials; how teachers use those materials for integrated lessons.
The tool’s usability is also demonstrated – how interactive items are added to videos, how self- check works, how statistics analysis is made.
The interactive lessons, which were created during the school year of 2015-2016, are also presented.
